We have many manufacturers both local and imported who offer very similar styles, and cater to a cross section of the market.

Why is a coordinated furniture pack so important when furnishing a property?

The main objective of an investment property is to provide a sound, decent return on investment. To achieve this, the property needs to sell itself by appearing desirable to all prospective tenants. Yes, everything we offer has any number of choice options, just a few are listed below:

• All seating arrangements come with different fabric and colour options
• Bed linen comes in white or beige
• Towels come in 3 different colours (white, cream or blue)

What fabric does Red Sea Furniture offer?

Our furniture packages are based on neutral tones and we introduce colour themes by way of co-ordinating the curtains, scatter cushions, bed linen etc. This is an ideal way of making sure your personal effects will co-ordinate with whatever furniture package you choose - resulting in a 'complete designer look'. All our packages have been designed by our experienced design team. Specific fabrics and colours depend on local supply.

How can we pay?

There are various ways you can pay

• 50% deposit with your order and 40% due 7 days before installation 10% on installation/delivery
• 10% on order 40% 4 weeks before delivery 40% 2 weeks before installation 10% on installation

Payments can be cash or bank transfers

Furniture will not be delivered without full cleared payment of at least 80%.

Do I have to be there when Red Sea Furniture install and fit the furniture package?

No, so long as we have access to the property we arrange everything. We arrange to get the keys from the Developer or Estate Agent after you have advised them that we will need to access and we’ll sort everything out. You do not have to be present and you do not have to do a thing - just enjoy your new home from day one.

How soon can we have a furniture package?

You can have a package within 3 weeks from placing your order if all the items are in stock. To avoid any disappointment we strongly recommend that you place your order 12 weeks before your completion date.

How important is it to furnish my apartment well?

The presentation of your property is crucial in enhancing its rental or sales potential. A property that is attractively furnished will appeal to the rental market achieving the optimum market value for its investors.

Access to the apartment

We are able to create bespoke quotations for each of our customers, even if access to the apartment or villa is impossible. Many of our clients have never even seen the inside of their new apartment or villa when they first contact us. With the plans we can give an accurate idea of what furniture elements will suite the space they have available. Before starting work on the package we will visit the development ourselves even if it is still under construction, have a look at the property and discuss dimensions with the on-site engineers and staff to make sure we are aware of all the requirements in a particular property.

Durability

An important factor is the durability of the furnishings, as owners do not want to find themselves replacing furniture items every year. The bulk of our furnishings in our furnishing packs are designed to withstand the hardest wearing by tenants, including children. We look to provide hardwearing furniture items that will look good and still be in fashion in 10 – 15 years time.
